We come to your house in the spring and fall to look over your mechanical devices and look for any issues, defects, leaks and corrosion, so that you can spend your time doing what’s most important.

What’s Included in the Annual Maintenance Package
Furnace Inspection
We provide a full furnace inspection of all major components, wiring and air flow. We look for general wear and tear along with any corrosion build up.
Hot Water Heater Inspection
Hot water tanks create mineral buildup over time, well water is especially hard on water heaters.
Air Conditioning Unit Inspection
In Northern Michigan, our A/C units sit dormant for half of the year, which is the time that most Air Conditioning units run into problems. We check for debris build up, electrical connections and your freon levels.
Boiler Inspection
We check for any water or gas leaks, proper pressure and we check any filtration systems.
In mild weather, broken heating or air conditioning might not seem like such a big deal. But come winter or summer, you’ll definitely want your HVAC system working well! Homeowners and homebuyers who pay for simpler annual HVAC inspections are rarely surprised with a huge repair bill or failure from their furnace or air conditioner.

Can I Just do an HVAC Inspection Myself?

It’s easy to discount advice about HVAC inspections when it is coming from an HVAC repair company. We promise that we have your best interests in mind! The truth is that furnace and AC manufacturers have designed their products with annual maintenance intended. Parts will wear out and dust and particles can cause blockages and energy inefficiency without regular inspection and maintenance.
Warranties commonly do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance. If your equipment is more than 10 years old, you might even consider having an HVAC inspection performed yearly prior to the heating or cooling seasons. Once systems hit this age, replacement is often recommended over paying for major repairs.
